Step By Step Instructions:
You’ll need a shaker (or something similar with a strainer) to mix the cocktail and a glass to serve it in. Chop up the peppers leaving half of the jalapeno in tact (save it for your garnish). Cut the limes and orange in half. Using one of the lime halves, slice two pieces off for your garnish. Cut a wedge off of the unused orange half a rub the meat of it around the rim of the glass. Pour the Tajin seasoning on a plate or napkin and “salt the rim” of the glass. Combine the Tequila, Cointreau, chopped Serrano peppers (depending on the desired level of spice, add or subtract the amount of serrano slices used), juice from the 3 limes and orange half, with a 1/2 cup of ice in the shaker. Give it a good shake for at least 10 seconds to ensure the serrano peppers have mix well with the other ingredients. Add a 1/2 cup of ice to the prepped glass and then pour the spicy mix over the ice in the glass. Garnish with a jalapeno pepper half and lime slice. Enjoy!
